Pulled BBQ Pork $9.00 / LB
This BBQ staple, Boston Butt, is injected, rubbed, and slow smoked for 10-12 hours and then pulled/shredded. The pulled/shredded meat is then lightly dusted with our signature 'butt powder' and vacuum sealed for freshness.
Pulled BBQ Chicken (mix White & Dark) $9.00 / LB
Our chicken is first Brined (a salt/sugar solution designed to add moisture to the meat) then rubbed with “YardBird” rub a multi award winning chicken seasoning. The chicken is then smoked to perfection and shredded/pulled and lightly dusted again with the “YardBird” rub and vacuum sealed for freshness.

BBQ Brisket $11.00 / LB
Ask any Texan about BBQ and this is what comes to mind. This huge hunk of bovine goodness is slow smoked for up to 18hrs until the meat becomes fork tender. It is then served thinly sliced. Just like the rest of our meat, this is vacuum sealed for freshness.
Dinosaur Bones $18.00 / Slab
Remember the Flintstones and Fred at that drive in, ya that’s what we are talking about. Huge racks of Spare Ribs- rubbed, smoked, sauced and ready to fall of the bone.
Baby Back Ribs $20.00 / Slab
Yup, I got that song stuck in my head too. Except these ain’t no imitation baby back ribs from Chile’s. These are the real deal slow smoked using Hickory wood and sauced with our super sweet and sticky rib sauce.
Chicken Leg Quarters $3.00 / Piece
Just like our pulled chicken, the leg quarters are brined then rubbed with our special “YardBird” rub, and slow smoked.
Alabama Butt Juice $4.00 / 12oz
A perfect blend of spicy and sweet BBQ sauce that does not cover up the taste of our meat like other BBQ Joints do, but compliments it perfectly!

BBQ Baked Beans $8.00 / Quart
Ever have baked beans at a BBQ place? Did you remember anything special about them? That’s what I thought. These aren’t just any old open a can, add some BBQ sauce, heat and serve beans. This is my mama’s recipe and it beats anything that Bush fella and his talking dog ever thought about selling.
Potato Salad $8.00 / Quart
Good old fashioned mustard based potato salad, served cold or warm.
Cole Slaw $8.00 / Quart
Another old family recipe except this one comes from LA (lower Alabama).
**Vacuum Sealing our Meat**
When you order meat by the pound from the Alabama Grill Billies we guarantee that you are receiving the freshest meat possible. Upon delivery/pickup of your order you will notice that it is not in the normal foil wrapped container. Instead it has been vacuum sealed too lock in taste and tenderness. This vacuum sealing process allows you to take the food home and eat it right away or throw it in your freezer and wait 6 months to eat it. When you pull that package out of the freezer and reheat with our instructions it will taste as good as the day it was cooked.
**Quality and Quantity**
Give other BBQ restaurants a call and ask them how many 1 lb of meat will feed. They’ll quickly tell you 4 people and then try and sell you on their ‘dinner special’. What they are really saying is that in a pound of BBQ meat they figure on 4 servings, that makes 4 BBQ sandwiches (Sounds a little light for 4 people if you ask us). They base their numbers on a 4 ounce serving (four 4-ounce servings in one pound) Four ounces is a serving if you are an 8 year old girl!!
Give any adult a pan of meat, two buns and tell him/her to make their sandwich and 9 out of 10 adults will put on average 5 ounces of meat on their plate. That is just how we all eat. And we are up front about that. We want you to know that a pound of meat is realistically only going to make 3 servings. In our mind the worst thing that can happen is you to get home and feel like you didn’t get enough meat. You may have to buy more meat, but you will be confident that you will have enough to feed your hungry guests!
